Can I get a refund?

Due to these products being made to order and handmade or customized, we do not offer refunds.

However, please contact us (info@prettymycup.com) as soon as possible so we can figure out how to resolve the problem.

How long will it take for me to get my purchase?

As of right now, creation and processing is between 1-2 weeks. Once the item has been made, you'll receive a USPS tracking number. After that, it's out of our hands and can be tracked via the tracking number sent to you.

What if I need my order fast?

We'll soon have an expedited processing option in our shop. To purchase, add this option to your order. It will speed up the creation and processing timeline (essentially making your order before others so it can get shipped out faster). Please note that this option will not change the shipping time.

Can I order something completely custom from you?

Of course you can! Custom orders are a lot of fun and I like to make them. Just contact us through our contact page or via email (info@prettymycup.com).
